Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healty, no smoking habbit, no pregnancy, no drug intake people were included the study. It was paid attention for the teeth to be classified as Class 2 and Class B according to the Pell-Gregory classification and to be in the mesioangular position according to the Winter’s classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having a systemic disease, those who were on a medication within the last month, pregnant or lactating women, those with a history of allergy against the medications likely to be prescribed in the postoperative period, and those who had apparent asymmetry between the left and right mandible were excluded from the study
