Inclusion criteria: 1. New DFU during 1 Jan 2015 to 31 Dec 2019 2. Follow-up at least 1 time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unclear the duration of DFU 2. Pre-ulcerative lesion 3. Incomplete data or loss follow-up
