Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. at least 18 years of age 2. able to respond a telephone interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. had prior trauma, accident or eye surgery within 6 months prior to the interview 2. had any infectious etiology
