18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Level of severity of stroke moderate or more than as determined by doctor. 2. No vision problems, blindness and visual field defects. 3. No hearing problems or hearing loss confirmed by medical records. 4. Presence of a caregiver who can participate in the program for four weeks; a caregiver with a smartphone and ability to use an application to send images.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with aphasia and impaired language comprehension. 2. Patients diagnosed with severe diseases such as ESRD and cancer. 3. Patients with a history of psychiatric illnesses and Alzheimer&#39;s disease. 4. Patients with severe cognitive impairment (TMSE < 20 points). 5. Patients with depression (PHQ&#45;9 ≥ 7 points).
