Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First ever stroke aleast 6 months back confirmed by CT/MRI findings. No cognitive impairment. Moderate to severe deficits of upper extremity imapirement vonfirmed by FMA-UE. Able to perform reach to grasp atleast once with the paretic hand. Able to sit independently for atleast an hour. Right hand dominance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Shoulder subluxation or severe pain of the affected upper extremity. Hemineglect . Visual field deficit . Contraindication of TMS such as presence of metal implants on skull or history of seizure. History of other central or perpheral neurological disorders. Previous participation in brain stimulation intervention.
