Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged 18-60 years 2.American Society Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-IlI 3.undergo elective surgery under General anesthesia with endotracheal tube 4.operation time less than 4 hrs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to participate the study 2.Active smoking >20 pack-years, smoking in last 1 month 3.Risk of aspiration 4.Difficult airway 5.COPD/Asthma 6.Pregnancy 7.Allergy to lidocaine propofol fentanyl cisatracurium 8.increase intracranial pressure 9.open eye surgery 10.patents who already has the tracheostomy tube
