2 hr 1.2 Need for vasoactive agent or increase dose ≥ 0.15 mcg/kg/min 2. Sudden cardiac arrest 3. Dead,Patients who did not have clinical deterioration event during admission in Neurosurg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ≥ 18 years old 2. Neurosurgical patients who admitted in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit 3. Hemodynamic stable without vasoactive agent 4. Baseline M-SOS score at enrolment was more than 0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Terminal illness disease or palliative care case 3. Post cardiac arrest patient in this admission
