Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.had been diagnosed heart failure 2.New York Heart Association functional class I-III 3.controlable blood glucose 4.able to understand Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.unstable angina within one monthprior to the test 2.myocardial infraction within one month prior to thet test 3.resting Heart rate > 120 time per minute 4.resting systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or/and diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg 5.pregancy woman 6.dementia or cognitive impairment (diagnosed by physician) 7.mental health problems (diagnosed by physician) 8.underlying COPD (diagnosed by physician) 9.musculoskeletal problems that affect to work or exercise 10.resting SpO2 < 92%
