35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >= 20 years both males and females 2. history of heart failure 3. able to understand and communcate with Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable angina 2. uncontrollable arrhythmia 3. resting blood pressure > 180/100 mmHg 4. resting heart rate > 1200 bpm
