Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HIV seropositivity patients regardless of CD4 level who attended HIV clinic in two primary care hospitals (Chumpae and Nam Phong hospital) and one tertiary care center (KKU Eye Center, Srinagarind hospital).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were less than 18 years and those with anterior segment disease or media opacity which precluded posterior segment examination were excluded from the study.
