Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.primary caregiver of elderly patients with osteoporosis hip fracture included in Siriraj fracture liason service 2.caregiver must become one's legal age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.caregiver who did not care for patients for 12 months 2.caregiver who are depression diagnosed by a psychiatric 3.caregiver who do not read or write Thai 4.caregiver with disability 5.caregiver who do not contact by phone
