55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.55-80 years of age 2.Thai ethnicity 3.Able to listen, speak and write in the Thai language 4.Education at least the 4th-year of primary school 5.Voluntarily signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.They had at least the following, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia with treating therapeutic drugs, schizophrenia or psychotic disorders, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, depressant (as diagnosed by a physician) 2.Pregnant or plan to become pregnant 3.Taking of herbal supplements or drugs which may interfere with the nervous system or clinical study outcomes 4.Smoking (>10 cigarettes per a day) 5.Trying to lose weight
