Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 18 years 2) Chronic liver disease from any causes. 3) Advanced liver fibrosis (≥ stage 3) or cirrhosis diagnosed by imaging, histology with/without HCC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hematologic disease 2) Taking anticoagulants eg. warfarin, enoxaparin, new oral anticoagulants 3) History of endoscopic variceal ligation or sclerosis 4) HIV infection 5) post transplantation
