18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women with gestational age 32-36+6 weeks of gestation with preterm labour (including singleton and twins pregnancy) and decide to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who have previously received steroid therapy before 32 weeks of gestation, pregnant women with gestational diabetes and have steroid resistance will beexcluded.
