18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age > 18 years old 2. Histopathologic confirmed head and neck cancer 3. treated with concurrent chemoradiation with at least dosage of 50 Gy at neck 4. ECOG 0-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of autoimmune disease 2. history of aloe vera allergy 3. denial for recruit in the trial 4. loss follow up patients
