50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age between 50-80 year - Ability to read write hearing, speaking and communication in Thai language - Body mass index at low to moderate risk (19 - 27.5 kg/m2) - Complaint cognition more than normal in the same age or compare with the past - MMSE scores less than 24 points - MoCA) scores less than 26 points - Diagnosed from neurologist that amnestic-MCI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosed with dementia - History or diagnosis with cardiovascular disease - Neurological disease or mental symptoms - Blood pressure more than 160/100 mmHg - History of alcoholism or drugs addiction - Spine problems such as scoliosis, spine trauma, and disc herniation - Knee pain (VAS at least 8) - Cannot sit in a cross position - Severe accidents in the prior 3 months - History of brain accident or brain injury - Continue regular exercise within the prior 2 years ( 30 min/day or over, 3 days/week or over) - Intent to exercise that related to Ruesi Dadton, Tai Chi, Yoga, or Chi-Qong within three months
