16 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A 16-30 year-old healthy subject at the age of 16-30 years with ASA I-II 2. Unerupted bilateral mandibular third molars categorized as Pell and Gregory classification class I-II and position A-B 3. No sign of inflammation or pathologic conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Buccal bone of the mandibular second molar is removed more than a half of the crown width. 2. Intra-operative bleeding that is required application of local hemostatic agent into the tooth socket for hemostasis. 3. Inadvertent intra-operative complications such as lingual plate fracture, tooth dislodgement etc. 4. Patient desires to undergo surgical removal of impaction one another time. 5. Smoking 6. Failure to attend the follow-up session: 1 week, 2 weeks, 2 months and 4 months
