18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age more than 18 year 2.had indication for Lumbar puncture 3.body mass indect more than or equal to 25 kg/m2 or scoliosis or History back surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.unstable vital sign Systolic blood pressure below 90 mmHg, respiratory rate below 10 or more than 30 per miniute 2.pregnancy 3.Contraindication for lumbar puncture: Increase intracranial pressure or skin site infection or coagulopathy 4.patient denied ultrasound 5.Failure lumbar more than 3 attemps
