Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women whose ages 18 years or older with abnormal PAP smear and need colposcopic exam 2.Well communicate in Thai 3.No auditory problem

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnancy 2.History of hysterctomy 3.drug abuse 4.History of Coagulopathy 5.cervical or vaginal infection 6.Incooperate
