Umbilical cord milking 3 times with the rate of 10cm/second&#44
every 2 second&#44
starting at the point of 25 cm. from the neonatal abdomen&#44
with the rate of 10cm/second&#44
every 2 second was done. Cord cutting was done at 2&#45
3 cm from neonatal abdomen.,Delayded cord clamping for 60 second after deliverywas done. Cord cutting was done at 2&#45
3 cm from neonatal abdomen.,Early cord clamping was routinely performed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who delivered during 34-42 weeks and consent to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women under18 years 2. umbilical cord length < 25 cm 3. abnormal umbilical cord 4. pregnant women with emergency obstetrics condition ie&#44; pregnancy induced hypertension&#44; prolapsed cord&#44; abruptio placenta&#44; placenta previa 5. pregnant women with hemodynamic unstable 6. multifetal pregnancy 7. pregnant women with HIV&#44; syphylis&#44; hepatitis B 8. pregnant wome with Rh negative 9. fetal abnormality
