Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum women giving birth within 72 hours 2. Completed family and desired for tubal sterilization 3. American society of anesthesiology (ASA) physical status I 4. Tubal ligation was not contraindicated. 5. Written informed consent was given for tubal sterilization. 6. Written informed consent was given for participating in the current study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI 30 kg/m2 or higher 2. Previous pelvic surgery 3. Previous pelvic inflammatory disease 4. Ibuprofen was contraindicated. Contraindication include 4.1 Ibuprofen or NSAIDs allergy 4.2 GFR < 30 ml/min 4.3 Previous dyspepsia or gastritis, diagnosed by physician 4.4 Current abdominal pain, dyspepsia, upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding - Cardiovascular disease, including hypertension - Asthma - other contraindication 5. Lidocaine allergy
