Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for older persons with visual impairment 1.Being aged 60 years and older 2.Having a primary diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy with any stages of the disease recorded in medical record 3.Having visual acuity worse than 20/70 in the better eye 4.Having family members who take care of them 5.Having ability to communicate with the Thai language 6.No cognitive impairment, assessed by the 6-itme cognitive impairment test Inclusion criteria for family members 1.Being aged 18 years or older 2.Being a family member who takes care of an older person with VIDR 3.Having ability to communicate in Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for older persons with visual impairment 1. Having visual acuity as no perception of light (VA = NoPL) in both eyes 2.
