Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female and male elderly age between 65-75 years 2. Elderly who have timed up and go score more than 10.5 seconds 3. Having history of no fall or 1 fall during the past 12 months 4. Having sedentary lifestyle (doing aerobic exercise less than 60 minutes per week) in the past 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having any signs and symptoms that might affect an ability to perform the test or ability to exercise. 2. Having drinker lifestyle 3. Using walking device such as cane and walker. 4. Having a heart disease such as unstable angina pain, Abnormal hearth action. 5. Having severe hypertension (systolic and diastolic more than 160/100 6. Using psychological drug 7. Having pain in lower or upper extremities of the body less than 3 weeks with pain scale more than 3 on a visual analog scale. 8. Having sign of inflammatory process in upper and lower limb extremities. 9. Unable to follow the instruction and communication. 10. Having knee or hip arthroplasty. 11. Having cognitive impairment 12. Obesity class 2 (Body mass index more than 30 kg/m2)
