18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glaucoma patients treated with 1 or more eye drops that have MGD with more than or equal to 2 items as follows 1. redness or thickening lid margin 2. Telangiectasia 3. reduced secretions of meibum or poor quality secretion of meibum 4. Meibomian gland loss 5. abnormal tear break-up time (TBUT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. there are other diseases of the eyelids and cornea. 2. have a congenital disease affecting the eyes. 3. having a history of corneal transplantation or glaucoma surgery. 4. have been punctual occlusion to treat dry eye before. 5. use eye drops that regularly affect the cornea, including antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. 6. use the following drugs regularly: hormones that treat menopause symptoms (Estrogen, Progestin), Antihistamine, Anti-anxiety disorder and Tricyclic antidepressant, Retinoids 7. light allergies, facial herpes and epilepsy. 8. unable to cooperate with the examination with a slit lamp biomicroscopy and using an IPL 9. people with severe side effects from IPL lasers such as skin colour change that can be noticeable, allergic rash or scarring.
