Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.20-30 years old 2.Healthy Female 3.Single leg stance test > 30 seconds 4.Sedentary lifestyle 5.No experience about balance game

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MMSE < 22 2.MIQ&#45;R < 20 3.Musculoskeletal and Neurologucal problems 4.Sereous visual problem
