The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of ASE on posture&#44

The ASE group trained for 8&#45

time session. The ASE training session had 3 parts: 5 min warm&#45

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Females aged 60- 80 years. 2) Live in Khon Kaen. 3) Have good mental faculties and can communicate in Thai. 4) Normal recognition on the person, time, place as tested with MMSE-Thai 2002 and have a score of 14 or more for un-educated persons, 17 or more for primary school educated persons, 22 or more for those who have more than primary school education. 5) Were able to take care of themselves as indicated by Barthel Activity Daily Living Index, BADL with score 75 or more. 6) Were to walk independently or with equipment. 7) Were to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Serious joint pain. 2) Had a disease or injury that could be contra-indicated to exercise. 3) History of related diseases affecting the movement system 4) History of major injury due to a fall in the last year. 5) Smokers or drinkers. 6) Regular physical exercise during the past 6 months
