Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -20-30 years old -Healthy Female -Single leg stance test > 30 seconds -Sedentary lifestyle -No experience about balance game

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45;MMSE < 22 &#45;MIQ&#45;R < 20 &#45;Musculoskeletal and Neurologucal problems &#45;Serious visual problem
