Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • ICU admission patients • Pateints were intubated and on mechanical ventilation >24 hours • Age ≥ 16 years • Informed consent from the patient and attending physicians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • On tracheostomy tube • > 1 intubation in the same hospitalization
