Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 2. Medical student of Chulalongkorn in 3rd and 4th year 3. Not done TST or QFT test 12 month prior to the study date 4. Inform consent 5. Can participate in study and regular follow up

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnanacy 2. History of TB disease 3. Acute viral or severe bacterial infection 4. On immunosuppressive
