Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female aged 20-60 ASA 1-3 Total abdominal hysterectomy +- bilateral salpingooophorectomy under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Infection at punctured sites coagulopathy Allergic to anesthetic agents BMI≥30 Chronic opioid use
