This prospective cohort study enrolled 305 consecutive patients in whom CAD was suspected&#44
and they all underwent coronary angiogram during January 2017 to June 2019.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years. 2. Willing to participate and able to understand, read and sign the informed consent document. 3. The patients in whom CAD was suspected, and they all underwent coronary angiogram. 4. Baseline laboratory test were obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have no blood collected at enrollment 2. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis 3. Patients with allergic asthma 4. Patients with cancer 5. Patients with gingival fibroblasts 6. Patients with neuropathology of Alzheimer’s disease 7. Patients with transplantation 8. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease 9. Patients with Infectious disease
