Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patient with CT or MRI findings are confirmed (ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke) 2. Age > 18 years old 3. shoulder pain which diagnosed as CRPS by Budapest criteria 4. Acute stage of CRPS 5. 100 millimeter visual analog scale (VAS) > 30 6. Able to mark on 100 millimeter visual analog scale (VAS) 7. Stable medical condition 8. No contraindication for oral prednisolone 9. No contraindication for laser therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. shoulder pain which is not diagnosed as CRPS by Budapest criteria 2. Patient have been treated current CRPS before participate in research
