Core needle biopsy with lidocain buffer with sodium bicarbonate ratio 10:1 total volumn 10mL (injection 3mL for skin and subcutaneous and 7mL for parenchymal lesion),Core needle biopsy with lidocain b
lidocaine buffer with sodium bicarbonate (10:1) ,lidocaine with NSS (10:1)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with bone tumor/soft tissue tumor at extremities Patient with bone tumor/soft tissue tumor size 5-15 cm. Patient with age upper than 8 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who got core needle biopsy before Patient with history of drug allergy Pregnant patient
