Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inpatient department of ENT unit who diagnosis of parotid abscess, suppurative parotitis and parotitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had a history of parotid gland surgery and associated infection of the deep space of the neck were excluded from this study
