Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. allergic rhinitis patients at the Outpatient Otolaryngology clinic 2. At least one month of medical treatment and symptoms are not well controlled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous nasal or sinus surgery within 3 months 2. presence of sinusitis 3. On systemic corticosteroid 4. Presence of skin infection/inflammation on the area of acupressure, bleeding tendency หรือการตรวจ Peak nasal inspiratory flow 5. asthma
