Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -age 18 and over -diagnosis of acute rhinosinusitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -actively taking anti-allergy or corticosteroid medications -history of previous sinus surgery -history and current evidence of nasal or paranasal sinus neoplasm -suspected or presence of sinusitis complication -mental disorder -inability to communication in Thai (both read and speak)
