Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary osteoarthritic knee Kallgren-Lawrence classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with inflammatory arthritis, septic arthritis, skin infection, liver and renal insufficiency. patient who underwent intra-articular hyaluronic acid within 6months and steroid injection within 3months.
