Interventions

Thai military men with signs and symptoms of gonorrhea (pus discharge per urethral meatus, dysuria etc.) with decrease susceptibility to standard antimicrobial therapy

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai military men over the age of 20 2.Signs and symptoms of gonococcal urethritis and positive urethral discharge gram stain for gonorrhea 3.Accept to join the research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous treatment with Cephalosporins Macrolide or Tetracycline antibiotics in last 2 weeks 2.Denied or withdraw from research study 3.Deafness or blindness
