Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants will be included if they have following criteria 1.Age 20-60 2.Both sex 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign in a consent 4 Patient will participate 2 or more symptoms of following test 4.1 pain on palpation over the lateral epicondyle and the associated common extensor musculotendinous unit 4.2 Cozens test (resisted wrist extension) 4.3 Maudsley's test: (Resisted middle finger test) 4.4 Mill's test (pain with stretching of the wrist extensor muscles) 5. Pain is visual analogue scale (VAS 30 mm) to moderate(VAS 45 -74mm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they have any following criteria 1.previous upper extremity surgical treatment, cervical radiculopathy and cervical myelopathy 2.rheumatic arthritits 3. psychological problem 4. a history of neurological disorders 5. Experience of meditation 6. Participants who used psilocybin and Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) drugs 7. Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) >30(Descatha et al., 2013) and smoking (Shiri et al., 2006) 8. Patients with local sepsis and skin diseases (Chamberlain, 1982)
