Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20-60 2.Both sex 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign in a consent 4 Patient will participate 2 or more symptoms of following test 4.1 pain on palpation over the lateral epicondyle and the associated common extensor myotendinous unit 4.2 Cozens test (resisted wrist extension) (Valdes and LaStayo, 2013) 4.3 Maudsley's test: (Resisted middle finger test) (Saroja et al., 2014) 4.4 Mills test (pain with stretching of the wrist extensor muscles) (Geoffroy, 1994) 5. Pain visual analogue scale (VAS 30 mm) to moderate (VAS 45 - 74 mm) (Hsu et al., 2016)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they have any following criteria. 1.previous upper extremity surgical treatment, cervical radiculopathy and cervical myelopathy (Akkurt et al., 2016) 2.rheumatic arthritits (Titchenr et al., 2013) 3. psychological problem (Akkurt et al., 2016) 4. a history of neurological disorders (Buttagat e t al., 2012) 5. Experience of meditation 6. Participants who used psilocybin and Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) drugs (Atasoy et al., 2017) 7. Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) >30(Descatha et al., 2013) and smoking (Shiri et al., 2006) 8. patients with local sepsis and skin diseases (Chamberlain, 1982)
