Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years old 2.The patients with enteral tube feeding in Thammasat University Hospital 3.Nutrition Alert Form (NAF) score more than 6 (NAF B or NAF C)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI more than 22.9 kg/m2 2.Patients with Diabetes Mellitus 3.Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease 4.Patients with Cirrhosis 5.Critically ill patient 6.Patients with soy allergy 7.Malnutriton 8.Refeeding syndrome 9.Pragnant 10.Palliative Care Patients 11.Non consent volunteer
