followed by elevate that arm for 90 degree (angle to horizontal plane)

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stable PSVT (Age >/= 18 years old) 2.Conscious patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PSVT with successful response by vagal maneuver 2.Pregnant 3.History of anaphylaxis of adenosine 4.History of enrollment to study before 5.PSVT with alteration of conscious with hypotension 6.PSVT with hypotension with signs of shock

Successful response of EKG after first dose of IV adenosine in PSVT 1 minute Widening of QRS complex in EKG
