Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient with hyposmia and anosmia 2. age 18-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with phantosmia, parosmia 2. patient with chronic sinusitis and chronic rhinitis 3. patient with conductive olfactory loss 4. Patient with a psychiatric problem 5. Pregnancy 6. patient who can not consent by themself
