Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who admitted due to LGIB and were> 16 year old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Known underlying disease of gastrointestinal malignancy 2 combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Primary

MeasureTime frame
incidence of severe lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB) during admission time of continunous/recurrent LGIB required at least 2 unit of packed red cell tranfusion

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Need of packed red cell tranfusion during admission unit ,Incidence of rebleeding during admission times,Need of therapeutic intervention to control bleeeding during admission time of therapeutic intervention (including endoscopic, radiologic, and surgical),Length of hospitalization during admission day,incidence of death during admission times
