The patients who had at least one of the following 1. Hemodynamic unstable&#44
need for resusciation 1.1 Intubation 1.2 Fluid resuscitation > 1&#44
2 hr 1.3 Initiate vasopressor 2. ICU transfer 3. Sudden cardiac arrest 4. Dead,The patients who did not have clinical deterioration event.

18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ≥ 18 years 2. Acute stroke(ischemic and hemorrhage) confirmed by imaging (CT or MRI brain) 3. Baseline M-SOS score at enrolment > 0 4. Hemodynamic stable at enrolment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Intracerebral hemorrhage - Transient ischemic attack - Stroke due to cerebral venous thrombosis - Pregnancy - Terminal illness disease - Post cardiac arrest before enrolment - Intubation before enrolment - Direct admit to ICU
