18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants were not involved in any flexibility training for the past 6 months&#44; limited knee extension > 20 degrees during active knee extension (AKE) or hamstring flexibility test&#44; normal body mass index between 18.5 – 22.9 kg/m2&#44; total scores of physical activity MET minutes per week < 3&#44;000 by using Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) and participants must answer ‘no’ to all questions in Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR&#45;Q).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included any known cardiovascular diseases&#44; musculoskeletal pathologies&#44; dermal pathologies of the lower&#45;limbs and rubber band&#44; or latex allergy.
