Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For the dementia persons 1. Age over 60 years old, 2. Have been diagnosed with dementia by physicians and have scores of the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) (Train the Brain Forum Committee, 1993) scores of 22 or lower, 3. Have progressive stages of dementia with scores of 2 or 3 in CDR 4. Have not been diagnosed with depression by physicians, For the caregiver 1. Self-identified as the primary family caregiver of older adults with dementia residing together at the same home, 2. Have responsible to provide care for dementia older adults for at least 6 months. 3. Age 18 years or older, and 4. Able to read and communicate in Thai language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who will be excluded if they have the following conditions: 1. Have acute serious health problems like stroke, cancer, heart attack, etc. 2. Unable to participate in the intervention for all sessions. 3. Move to live to another setting 4. Change the caregivers, and 5. Have been hospitalized or passed away while participating in this program.
