Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Thai individuals with chronic neck pain (12 weeks or longer) aged 20-70 years old in Phitsanulok Province.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Neck pain caused by infection, tumor, cancer, cervical spine fracture, brain or spinal injury - History of cervical surgery - Traumatic neck pain
