Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective coronary angiogram patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute kidney injury from other causes anemia Hb<8mg/dl Congestive heart failure Previous expose to contrast < 2 weeks hypotension SBP < 80 mmhg recent IABP Neprotoxic drug use cannot do any procedure on arms ESRD on HD Infection Malignancy pregnancy deny inform consent acute myocardial infarction
