Interventions

The sildenafil group received 25 mg of oral sildenafil,The control group received a drug with the same shape and weight daily (Placebo).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were 1) pregnancy with gestational age above 28 weeks. 2) Occurrence of IUGR in fetal weight below 10% percentiles and AC less than 3%, and 3) Ultrasound indicating fetal vascular Doppler disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were 1) Patients with unknown gestational age, 2) Having specific fetal anomalies, 3) Taking vasodilator drugs, 4) Multiple pregnancy, and 5) Smoking or alcohol use drugs pregnancy
